Naravna vina - mit, trend ali realnost?

Človeštvo ima za seboj okoli 8.000 trgatev in vinifikacij. Približno 7.940 le teh ni vključevalo herbicidov, pesticidov, umetnih gnojil, komecialnih kvasovk … kemična in biokemična sredstva se v kmetijstvu namreč množično uporabljajo šele od sredine 50. let prejšnjega stoletja.

Naravna vina prihajajo iz vinogradov in kleti, kjer je delo sonaravno, s kar najmanj intervencij, tako kemičnih kot mehanskih. Delo in postopki temeljijo na izkušnjah in znanjih, ki so nastajala tisočletja, predvsem pa zadnjih 200 let. Nadgrajena so s sodobnimi izsledki biologije, mikrobiologije, biokemije, agronomije … vse v želji pridelati brezhibna vina brez sintetičnih dodatkov. Vsled tega lahko mirno trdimo, da pri naravnih vinih ne gre za mit, niti za trend, razen če govorimo o trendu vračanja k našim koreninam. Ponovnega približevanja materi naravi.
